WHY DOES THE VCC EXIST?
The tipping point was when a "big brand" from LA with horrible designs booked Young Thug to shoot at my studio throush a local photographer.
The amount of money spent on this shoot was ridiculous, and the sad part was I wasn't even getting paid.
SMH.
That's when I realized I was doing things all wrong and really needed to figure out this business.
Fast forward 3 years, I'm in LA, and I'm still nowhere closer. I'm spending a lot of money and learning on the job. Let's just say it wasn't easy.
But after a grueling 5 years, I finally figured it out. I'm not talking about some generic stuff you see on IG, but real results with data to back it up.
I went from worrying if I could sell the factory minimum to asking if I bought enough-all this without relying on wholesale, low prices, or sales.
For the first time, I've been able to temporarily step away from the brand to write down the exact steps I use to sell out my collections.
But I didn't just write it down I created a platform so that it can help as many brands as possible. It's called the "Visionary Creative Campus."
Fashion is such a lonely business, and most of us suffer in silence.
Fashion schools give outdated business advice, most ad agencies just want your money, and nobody wants to talk about the elephant in the room: "How do I sell my collections consistently?"
